Take my advice Dont ever get your hopes up its alot easier that way if something good happens Bonus! you didnt expect it to happen and you feel good but dont fall into the trap of hoping for things it fucks you up totally the results are more extreme, fine, if you hope for soemthing and it actually does happen it feels great. but you feel so much worse if it doesnt. If you do find yourself hoping for something, think of the worsed possible thing and hope for that instead it doesnt hurt so much you feel less pain the scars heal and you get on with your life
